I went to this shipyard where they're re creating an ancient Phoenician ship. They had all of these little models and AWESOME stuff! I walked into one of these rooms and the musty smell of ropes and boats hit me. Pops, it made me miss you. I will learn to sail solo this year.

ReplyDeleteI know that you can solo for sure ... if Mom can do it you can do it blind (smile). That said, I do hope that we can get some Dad and Hope trips in ... maybe a few training trips before solo. It would be cool for you to take your pals for an overnight - we will work on anchor stuff. Check your e-mail - finally sent you a note. I miss you - watch out for those random dudes. I know how they roll.
