Lots of Latin. Didn't know what I was doing. But it was nice. And the nickname comes from the fact that one side is her building (she was supposed to have two large flanking towers) was never built and it remains lopsided like that. The money they were going to use to build it went to the American colonies to support their revolution from the British.
